Northeastern Queens Edition

Northeast Queens: Lying partly on Long Island Sound and characterized by gracious waterfront estates and Victorian village homes, this readership is served by the Long Island RR and is not more than 25 minutes from Midtown Manhattan by train or car. There are also express bus lines connecting with other Boroughs and to villages further out on Long Island. Income levels for this entire readership are very high.

Adjoining Nassau County, the Village of Little Neck on Little Neck Bay was once home to the Matinnacock Indians whose burial grounds remain near the Long Island Expressway. There are imposing historic and modern homes overlooking the Bay and over 340 luxury apartment buildings of 50+ units in the region. Little Neck has the highest median family income in the Borough of Queens.
